    • Is there a free trial?

      Unfortuntely, there isn't a free trial available, but we'd be happy to demonstrate what SKAFFR can do for you. Just get in touch.

    • Can I downgrade my package?

      In short, yes! However any features that were used that aren't present in the lower package will become unavailable.

    • How easy is it to cancel?

      Very easy! Just login to your system, and go to Subscription settings. Or, you can send us an email.

    • Is there a contract?

      Whilst there's no contract, users pay for their subscription in advance for the month ahead. If you want to cancel your subscription, you'll still have access up until your next billing due date.

    • Is there a user guide?

      Whilst there's no dedicated user guide, from our feedback, SKAFFR is easy-to-use. We are currently in the process of building a knowledge base, where you will be able to see step-by-step instructions for specific tasks.

    • Can I share my login details with my staff?

      Although we don't currently place any restrictions on multiple login sessions, it's highly advised to not share your details with anyone else. Each user should have their own details, both for security and functionality purposes.

    • Do I need to download and install anything?

      Not at all. SKAFFR is accessed through your browser, and behaves like a website. This means you can access SKAFFR from anywhere in the world, on mobile, tablet or desktop.

    • I'm interested, but SKAFFR doesn't have a feature I need.

      Depending on your requirements, it may be possible to offer you a bespoke installation with the features you require. Get in touch, and we can have a chat about the possibilities.

    • Can I design scaffolding with SKAFFR?

      Not right now, but never say never. SKAFFR is an organisational tool to keep your scaffolding company running smoothly. Depending on your package, you may be able to import scaffolding designs in to SKAFFR from other software.
